AnitoKid adds the following rules which I agree with:
No Porn Sites
Don’t tamper with other peoples url’s
Only 1 link per blog (i.e don’t hog the viralink!)
If you happen to have several blogs, you can host the Viralink in each one. Just don't do it on the same day on all blogs, though, to avoid boring your blog-hopping readers.

She has been taking lessons with master painter Fernando Sena. She has finished the highest level and he has invited her to just keep joining his class without pay this time.
She already knows it's what she wants to do in life, and wants to learn digital art, as well.
